Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed to the Pearl of Africa by a Jackal Adventures safari guide, who will give a brief about Uganda and transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. Check in and relax after your flight, with the rest of the day at leisure to rest and recover before your safari adventure begins.

After a relaxed breakfast, check out and proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. We drive through the volcanic landscape with steep sides to the home of the mountain gorillas. Check in and have a relaxed evening as you prepare for gorilla trekking the following day.

Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast, and go for the lifetime trekking experience ever. The highlight of your safari is meeting with the gentle giants of Bwindi.

The trek takes 3–4 hours depending on where you find the gorillas. The park ranger will interpret the flora and fauna and the lifestyle of the gorillas. Once you find the gorillas, you will spend one hour with them. Come back for lunch and enjoy a relaxed afternoon at the lodge, recounting your once-in-a-lifetime encounter before dinner and overnight.

Have a relaxed breakfast at the lodge terrace while enjoying the beautiful forest surroundings before setting off for your return journey to Kigali, Rwanda. Expect a stopover for lunch and a cup of homemade organic coffee, with opportunities for memorable pictures and souvenir shopping en route.
